Awesome, but...

You should add more levels, more worlds... I gave you 9 because you need to add more levels. For what you added a world - level? and also because I think you need to add some upgrades like a flower that makes you spit fireballs, and these stuff.

Sound - 8. I like old sounds.
Gameplay - 9. I very like the fusion between Tetris and Mario.
Visual - 10. I like old stuff.
Overall - 9. Awesome.
